Other experience:Was employed at Teleperformance as Customer Service Representative handling inbound calls from customers of Telstra, a telecommunications company in Australia, from July 26 to November 24, 2011. Was Employed as a Technical Support Representative handling the Qwest Broadband (Internet Service Provider) account from April 23 to October 5, 2010. Was employed at Services Corporation under the Encore Receivable Management, Inc. account from June 16, 2008 to July 10, 2009 as a collection specialist. Was emplyed at ICT Group Inc. as a live advisor handling the Virgin Mobile USA account from the period October 25, 2007 to March 31, 2008, offering both technical support and customer care for inbound callers. Twenty five and a half years of work experience as Local Assessment Operations Office II for the City Government , detailed at the Office of the City Assessor. Had been tasked with preparation and submission of all reports regarding assessment operations and statistics and the correspondences that go with them. Was involved from day one of computerization programs /projects of all assessment records. Was very instrumental in otlining the program specifications of said computerization projects. Acted as Systems Coordinator for online operations .
