Online English Teacher
1 Taught ESL to children and adult Korean and Japanese students through online learning with various levels of proficiency. Taught beginner to advanced level students; from phonics to Business English.
2 One of the few chosen lecturers to handle Business English programs to professional students. Also taught OPIC to professionals and employees of large companies.
3 Monitored recorded classes and used the official quality monitoring sheets in assessing, compiling and tracking members’ performance at individual level. Recordings were chosen and assessed randomly, graded accordingly using quality assurance data management system.
4 Authorized to conduct quality assurance monitoring using the actual standard QA template, metrics and rubric markers and provide feedback and reports to the team leader.
